Single/Individual $30.00 and at least 18 years or older
Family $40.00 and at least 18 years or older. Coupled or married to include spouse, minor children, or dependent children under 18 years of age.
Individual w/family $35.00
Associate $20.00 must live outside 75-mile radius of Beaumont
